In December 2024, I officially became a global Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach as part of my way to lead, serve and shape the future. I joined StrengthsFinder®/CliftonStrengths® back in 2011 during a global Great Leaders and Manager Programme as part of my corporate job, and it's been with me throughout the years in various powerful ways. CliftonStrengths® helped me set myself up for success, get promoted and level up in my corporate environment. It also helped me to recover from burnout, panic attacks and anxiety, and then create a new, healthy career path that’s aligned with my talents and strengths, leading to sustainable success, fulfilment and joy. 

 

With my psychological background, and after intense years since 2017 working both with families at my Aikido teaching and with corporate teams at my global Learning and Development roles, I found my Ikigai. I discovered how necessary my skills are: I can use them to impact the lives of children supported by their parents. The magical AHA idea came to me when I became a mother, and my own experiences inspired me to create a family-focused programme, from one parent to other parents. I’m the first Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach located in Sofia, Bulgaria, successfully conducting strengths-based parenting coaching in my home country, and I am among the very few practicing it in Europe and worldwide. 

 

Being part of the global community comes with the responsibility and pleasure of empowering my local community. Currently, I’m an active part of the global Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach community, deploying my skills for both my local and global clients. I’m also constantly improving myself to make sure that I serve my clients to the utmost of my ability, empowering you to do more of what you and your kids naturally do best without limits.
