Over 34 million people have taken the CliftonStrengths® / StrengthsFinder® assessment.

Through 5 decades of research, Gallup distilled the thousands of identified talents into 34 themes.

The assessment sorts these themes into order, specifically for us, with the report listing our top themes of talent.

The chances of our top 5 themes being the same as someone else and in the same order, are 1 in 33 million, so we’re pretty unique!

"What would happen if we studied what's right with people instead of what's wrong with people?"

The way most of us approach our personal development actually limits our opportunities for greatness. The conventional approach to development appears logical and simple: 1. Identify areas that need improvement and 2. Develop an improvement plan.

Fixing weaknesses prevents failure HOWEVER building strengths leads to excellence.

Strengths-based development starts by:

1. Identifying the talent and then

2. Focusing on developing the talents into strengths.

I set you up for success with what you naturally do best.

I'm a Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach as part of my way to lead, serve and shape the future.

I'm focused on strengths-based parenting and empowering families with a highly customized DARE programme that combines the CliftonStrengths® and Aikido principles.

The strengths-based approach helps me create a new parent-kid language that re-connects the family in a fresh, positive, and thriving way.

The Aikido principles help me enhance both physical and mental strength for a sustainable success.

As a coach, I'm both your challenger and cheer person using the power of AND. I help you gain a greater understanding of yourself and create more positive outcomes.

I see my strengths-based coaching as a needed part of the supportive system when raising a child in the world we live in today.

Parents use me as a coach to:

  • Identify their children's potential and empower them to develop their innate talents into strengths for success

  • Get to the point of having meaningful conversations with their child, attuned to who their child is — not who the parent is or wants their child to be

  • Change management — support the child and parents during periods of change and decision-making (e.g., change of school, environment, country, etc.)

  • Uplift when at risk — unlock potential and confidence from within when the child is at risk in any way

  • Focus on what’s strong and right about your child — I work with neurodivergent children, as the strength-based approach can be especially effective and successful with them.

Talent + Investment = Strength

TALENT is our natural capacity for excellence. As a Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, I measure talent with scientific assessments that evaluate naturally recurring patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that can be productively applied. While talents exist naturally, strengths must be developed.

INVESTMENT is the act of spending time practicing skills, developing talents and building knowledge base of strengths.

STRENGTH is the ability to consistently provide near- perfect performance in a specific task that's charging you instead of draining you.
