1.
START WITH THE PARENT
The parent/s complete the CliftonStrengths® assessment as a starting point, and I spend several sessions with each parent, helping them to understand their results and how to use them.
2.
CONTINUE WITH THE CHILD
The child/ren complete either the CliftonStrengths® for Students if older than 15 years old or the CliftonStrengthsExplorer® for kids if they are between 10-14 years old. I spend several sessions with each kid and/or their parent to understand their results and how to use them.
3.
UNITE THE FAMILY
We have several sessions and real-life experiences that bring the dynamic between the parents and children to life. This enables them to see the reality of their relationships and allows us to change them as needed in order for everyone to thrive.
What we know from Gallup's strengths research is that they are multiple ways to get to the same outcome. We're better at getting to that outcome when we do it in a way that plays to our strengths.
When raising children we either follow the approach our parents used or deliver a style that we would like. Strengths-based parenting looks at the unique characteristics of our children so we can provide the best framework to help them thrive.
When kids discover their talents, it can lead to:
-
resilience and confidence
-
productivity and engagement in school
-
hope and direction for the future

The 4 steps in my DARE Programme are:
Discover your innate strengths—and those of your child.
Apply the new learnings and insights via various experiences aligned with your goals. That's how we develop, grow, and turn our talents into strengths.
Re-connect with yourself, your family, and the people around you in a new way that brings more fulfilment, joy, and success.
Empower those around you to also be their natural selves and create powerful partnerships.
DARE Programme
My DARE programme is designed to support families in turning their innate talents into strengths for success.
It combines the CliftonStrengths® and Aikido principles into a strengths-based, action-oriented, and people-focused approach.
