I had the privilege of meeting Yanitsa when we both attended the Gallup CliftonStrengths course at the Shard in London. I was struck by Yanitsa’s enquiring mind and active participation in the classroom and we were soon in discussions about our respective coaching practices.
Yanitsa subsequently coached me with regards to the development of my Coaching Practice in England and she has helped me to define my objectives and my goals for 2025. Yanitsa is an extremely perceptive and empathetic coach, who listened intently to my concerns and was not afraid to challenge me when I was vague, or lacking direction. She is a very capable and competent Coach, who has a strong grasp of the CliftonStrengths principles and is skilled in her interpretation of the Strengths and Domains. She is driven and enthusiastic and her positive attitude is refreshing and energising, and she has a great attitude to the service and development of her clients.
Anyone who is lucky to have Yanitsa coach them, will undoubtedly have a clearer vision of their future and a more profound sense of purpose.
